There is a lot of other good Korean bands... Rux (biggest punk band in Korea), Suck Stuff, 99 Anger (recently moved to Canada) and there is SKUNK Label which is really cool. Most Korean bands really idolize Rancid and their sound and try to imitate it.

ya paul was from korea, he was going to vet school and his dad is in the military and pres Bush voted to cut military salaries and his dad couldn't afford to pay for Pauls schooling anymore. it sucks cause paul had 1 year left and he was 21 and in korea you can't go to vet school til your 24. so he did a year of schooling for nothing. but paul is a medic and in Iraq right now.... he watched too much M.A.S.H. and decided to join the military
